如果你的工作幾乎都離不開「坐」， 那麼 應接受 醫師建議，每 40 分鐘後休息 10 分鐘，做做伸展動作 ，或下班後從事 散步、游泳、韻律舞 等，都能有效改善因久坐造成的循環障礙。 女生 不宜久坐。

三十不到的少婦，身材中等。她告訴我，和 先生行房後偶有出血的情形，大約有一年了，最近三 月來變本加厲，在沒有行房的情形的下，也常在內褲發現出血點。我請她上檢查台檢查一下，順便作個抹片檢查。不知是診間的冷氣太強，或是有點緊張的關係，她跨在腳架上的雙腳有點發抖。我輕拍她的膝蓋，以安撫的語氣說：「沒關係，放輕鬆，深吸一口氣，說：啊！」她很不自然的跟著說：「啊！」。我趁機放進了鴨嘴，輕輕一撐，子宮頸跳進了眼簾。不妙！她的子宮頸口約七、八點鐘方向，長了一小片蕈狀贅生物，直徑約 0.5 公分 ，表面粗糙，邊緣不規則。我用採檢棒 在其上輕刮一下就流血了。心想：『子宮頸癌！八九不離十了』。
出了內診室，不知情的先生微笑著問我：「醫生，有沒有什麼問題？」我面色凝重，語氣保守的告訴他：「有問題，需要進一步檢查。我幫你太太轉診到醫院作子宮頸切片檢查。」先生的笑臉僵住了。「症狀已經一年了，妳都不理它嗎？」「一年前我在 XX 婦產科作了一次抹片檢查。」「沒問題嗎？」「作的時候醫生沒說什麼，三個星期後，報告出來時，他要我回去作切片檢查。」「結果呢？」先生忍不住了，以埋怨而帶點不忍的眼神看著老婆說：「都是她！說什麼怕痛，不敢去作切片，結果跑去另一家婦產科又作了一次抹片。好了！第二次的抹片報告正常，她就自欺欺人的說沒事了，就這樣拖了一年。我常看報紙的醫學版，我告訴她，抹片的檢出率又不是百分之百，第一次檢查有問題就應該作切片檢查了。她就是不聽，真是鴕鳥！」她在一旁紅著眼，欲言又止。「其實我不是怕痛，不敢作切片。我只是很擔心萬一是的話，所以就過一天算一天」說著說著，眼淚滴了下來。先生靠了過去， 摟了下 她的肩膀，也跟著紅了眼眶。
她接受了轉診，到某醫學中心作了包含子宮頸切片的一系列檢查。證實是子宮頸癌，二期上半，根據統計，五年存活率是 55 ％！看到這對恩愛夫妻的落寞下場，我不禁想：『如果，她一年多前就接受子宮頸切片檢查呢？可能那時候還在第一期，五年存活率 ── 75 ％。又如果，她從有性行為開始，就每年作一次子宮頸抹片檢查呢？那，她的子宮頸癌應該可以在零期（原位癌）時就發現。原位癌的治癒率接近 100 ％！』
改變體質的方法，請敬告所有的女性同胞應多注意坐姿… 請耐心看完，女性同胞要注意囉 !! 男性同胞也可把這封傳給你的女性朋友… 人除了睡覺外，大部份時間都在坐，無論坐辦公桌、坐著吃飯、看電影、開車，一天中坐上七、八小時算稀鬆平常的事。
不過很多人大概不瞭解，坐的不當可是會出問題的。 長期久坐者容易造成血液循環不順暢，同時也會引發婦科方面的疾病，甚至也可能導致不孕症。台北市立和平醫院中醫師陳旺全表示，一個人長期久坐多半也缺乏運動，此將導致「氣滯」及「血瘀」，易使人體某一臟器發生功能紊亂，或功能障礙，由此可知「久坐」對婦女的不孕也有某種程度影響。
陳旺全 醫師指出， 很多病人中常見的未生產過， 三十幾歲坐辦公桌 的上班族女性由於長期久坐，月經前及月經期的常有劇烈 疼痛 ， 這是 因久坐加上缺乏正常運動，以致氣血循環障礙；有些是因久坐導致經血逆流入輸卵管、卵巢，引起下腹痛、腰痛，尤其有厲害的經痛，此即所謂巧克力囊腫，也是不孕原因之 一 ； 此外， 氣滯血 瘀 也易導致淋 巴 或 血行性 的栓塞，使輸卵管不通；更有因 久坐及體質 上的關係，使子宮內膜 組織因氣滯 血 瘀 而增生至子宮外，形成子宮內膜異位症，這些都是比較明顯的不孕原因之一 。
西醫方面對久坐與 不孕的關係並無研究，不過醫師表示，長期久坐或姿勢不佳，經血容易逆流，造成慢性骨盆腔充血（鬱血症），骨盆會隱隱作痛而刺激到週圍神經而 造成腫漲 ，年齡愈大愈易感受到， 久坐亦會使循環不良，抵抗力變差。不孕症患者接受治療時須 充分與 醫師配合，不可過度緊張或問東問西，抱著高度的懷疑，既不信 任醫師，對自己也失去信心，要知道情緒緊張會使性腺刺激荷爾蒙的分泌失調，影響整個內分泌系統的平衡，受孕機會就更低了。

~ I woke up early this morning around 6am and started working on my work as some business development stuffs. Recently, I'm really tight up with the event management for Chinese Art Exhibition 2008 in Kuching on 14-15 June 2008.... so, end up I need to spend additional time for my major dutiesssssssssssI may need to return to China after the Chinese Art Exhibition 2008, hmmm~ rush hour again!!!
While working on my laptop in my bedroom, the perfect weather today just can't stop me to snap a few pictures by taking a short break to breath with some fresh air @ my balcony.

We have all been kept awake by our own or someone else's cough. Try this and pass it on. The tip and not the cough. ANYTHING is better than antibiotics. Even babies could benefit from this and the parents wouldn't worry about the safety of their child. And of course, it is harmless and free from any type of side-effects.
WOW! I was raised, and raised my kids with Vicks. How come I never knew this? I can't wait for my next cough. Amazing!
READ IT ALL. It works 100 percent of the time, although the scientists at the Canada Research council (who discovered it) aren't sure why.
Treatment:
To stop night time coughing in a child (or an adult, as we found out personally), put Vicks Vapor Rub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime and then cover with socks.

Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about five minutes and stay stopped for many, many hours of relief. This works 100 percent of the time, and is more effective in children than even very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly. I heard the head of the Canada Research Council describe these findings on the part of their scientists when they were investigating the effectiveness and usage of prescription cough medicines in children, as compared to alternative therapies like acupressure. I just happened to tune in to a.m. Radio and picked up this guy talking about why cough medicines in kids often do more harm than good due to the chemical makeup of these strong drugs, so I listened. It was a surprising finding and found to be more effective than prescribed medicines for children at bedtime, and in addition to have a soothing and calming effect on sick children who then went on to sleep soundly. My wife tried it on herself when she had a very deep constant and persistent cough a few weeks ago, and it worked 100 percent! She said it felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her. The coughing stopped in a few minutes, and believe me this was a deep (incredibly annoying!) every few seconds, uncontrollable cough and she slept cough-free for hours every night she used it.
If you have children or grandchildren, pass it on. If you end up sick, try it yourself and you will be absolutely amazed.

... after church, I went to Crown Plaza for some DVDs but end up nothing in my hand. I had left after 10 minutes (because it's free parking for first 20 minutes)
End up you know what???????????? What the fxxk!!! I had to pay RM3 for the parking fee due to slow service provided by Wemall. Can you imaging that such a small car park jam up for 17 minutes?
After that, I went to Upwell alone Jalan Song to buy a Super Glue, and "again" it cannot be used because it was induration. Please beware of purchase Duraseal Super Glue!!!!

YANGON - Large swathes of southwestern Myanmar are under water after a devastating cyclone struck at the weekend, killing at least 15,000 people, satellite images showed.
Tropical cyclone Nargis slammed into Myanmar late Friday, wiping away entire villages in the Irrawaddy delta region and wreaking destruction on a country that is already one of the poorest on the planet.

NASA pictures taken on Monday showed the entire coastal plain under water, with fallow agricultural areas of the delta - the country's main rice-growing region - particularly hard hit by flooding.
The storm hammered the country's former capital, Yangon, over the weekend and left hundreds of thousands homeless across the country.
The images showed the city, which sits on the delta's southeastern edge and has a population of more than six million, surrounded by flooding.
State television has broadcast footage of massive destruction across the Irrawaddy delta, where boats were washed away, houses caved in and massive trees uprooted and tossed into the streets.
The devastated town of Bogalay, where 10,000 people died and 95 percent of homes were destroyed, sits at the heart of the delta, and there are several other large cities in the affected areas.
Bago, 50 miles (80 kilometres) northeast of Yangon, has a population of 220,000 and also appears to have been hit by heavy flooding.
Foreign aid teams have described scenes of horror in the region, with rice fields littered with corpses and desperate survivors without food or shelter four days after the storm struck.
The United Nations has warned that the widespread flooding will pose a "major challenge" to aid organisations desperately struggling to get assistance to those affected.
It believes hundreds of thousands of people have been left homeless in the Yangon region alone, and there are fears of disease spreading in the absence of proper shelter and drinking water.
UN agencies and charities based in Yangon have already begun assessing the damage and moving to provide emergency food, water and medical supplies.

到香港 你想干嘛呢？逛街、观光 errr。。。。 吃吃吃~
周日 我和两位香港的朋友到旺角“找”吃的（呵呵~ 三个大肥猪）
我们住在荔枝角 乘巴士可以直达旺角
第一“战”
哗~ 好多“金鱼佬” OPPSSS。。。不是啦！是金鱼

我们来到了花园街街市（来买菜哦？#%$#^$&%$）
当然不是啦！经过而已~ 我们正想到金鱼街看看鱼
哗~ 好多“金鱼佬” OPPSSS。。。不是啦！是金鱼
走呀走 随着香喷喷的菠萝包 走到了鼎鼎有名的金華冰廳
好多人 还好不用等太久 （。。。已经垂涎三尺了~）

主角们（鲜油菠萝包、鲜浓冻奶茶、香脆蛋挞和五香鸡翼）陆续上阵了~ 呵呵
